To position the company as a leader in reused steel temporary structures

For several years now, Locapal has built up a solid reputation in the field of temporary structures thanks to the quality of its organisation: design and methods office + stock of materials + manufacturing workshop + works teams. However, the company has virtually no marketing or sales support.

Locapal wants to outsource 100% of its marketing in order to meet its ambitious growth targets, while maintaining a reasonable level of support, adapted to the size of an SME. Involvement, commitment, experience, a passion for the technical world and the ability to work as part of a team are all required to successfully meet this challenge.

CVS Marketing has been involved since September 2021 at an average rate of six days per month.

  • Recruitment of a business development manager, implementation of an AO monitoring tool
  • Definition, implementation and monitoring of a lead generation process: SEO, e-mailing, digital prospecting, etc.
  • Designing and writing technical solution brochures, company presentations and various print and online media
  • Project management of the 2023 product catalogue with the Design & Methods department, project managers, materials depot
  • Project management of the new 2023 website – SEO strategy, tree structure, selection and monitoring of service providers, content writing and web integration
  • Site visits, customer interviews and photo and video shoots
